Preview of the November 9th World Racial Harmony Day Event Hosted by Confucius Classroom at Private Educational Institution

The World Racial Harmony Day Event Hosted by Confucius Classroom at Private Educational Institution and its evening party will start at the Vasily Island National Youth Palace on November 9, 2010. This event is set to be another big promotional event under the framework of the 'Year of Chinese Language ' in Russia.

The event will be mainly divied into two parts:

1. 16:30—18:00 Chinese culture exhibition: Chinese national painting stand, Chinese calligraphy stand, paper-cutting stand and Hanban textbook stand.

2. 18:00—19:30 ‘Love in the Heart’---World ethnic song and dance performance:

People from different countries and different ethnic groups in St. Petersburg will sing songs in Russian and their own languages, accompanied by performances from dance troupes
